ANQAD Systems Ltd is expanding its ERP and Operations Delivery capability and is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant (Operations) to support end-to-end client transformation journeys. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and delivering Odoo ERP solutions across Finance, HR, Inventory, Logistics, Projects, CRM, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. It is a functional, client-facing position that works closely with ERP Developers, Client Success teams, and Infrastructure specialists to deliver well-designed, stable, and user-adopted systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery workshops, map business workflows, and translate requirements into functional designs
- Configure and customize Odoo modules across Operations, Finance, HR, CRM, Inventory, and related domains
- Oversee testing cycles including UAT, system validation, and deployment activities
- Train end-users and support ongoing change management
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver fully integrated ERP solutions
- Support PreSales activities: discovery workshops, product demonstrations, solution design, and contribution to proposals
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP implementation experience
- Strong functional understanding of business and operational workflows
- Ability to translate business workflows into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Solid experience conducting discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and preparing process maps
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and presentation skills in client-facing environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
Nice to have
- Odoo certification or formal ERP methodology training
- Experience working in consulting, systems integration, MSPs, or technology delivery environments
- Ability to design workflows, functional guides, and structured training materials for diverse user groups
- Familiarity with change management practices, user adoption strategies, and value realization frameworks
- Experience contributing to pre-sales activities such as demos, requirement scoping, and solution shaping
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops, discovery sessions, and client demonstration meetings
- Ability to build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and communicate complex concepts simply
