We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Technician to join our team for our yearly Graduate Trainee Program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and helping to drive customer success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Work with the Customer Success Coordinator to generate weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- IT Literacy
- Familiarity with support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide services.
- Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing and network systems
- Ability to keep up with and adapt to the fast-paced IT world.
- A deep desire to deliver an amazing client experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in using a Ticketing System / RMM Tool and / or PSA Tool
- Experience providing support via remote tools
- Experience and knowledge of working with the Microsoft 365 Platform, CISCO Infrastructure and Microsoft PowerShell
- Professional IT Certifications such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA or MCSE, ITIL, ITSM, etc.
- Client experience certification such as Helpdesk Habits etc.
- Skills in strategic and resource planning with the ability to think and plan ahead
