Electronic Signature Terms & Conditions
- Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures: You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement by using the electronic signature option.
- Consent to Electronic Transactions: You consent to use electronic signatures and electronic records for all transactions and communications with us.
- Your Responsibility for Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that your electronic signature is accurate. You agree to immediately notify us if there is any change to your signature or if it has been compromised.
- Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all electronic records and signatures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of your electronic signature at any time.
- Security: We will use reasonable measures to ensure that electronic signatures and records are kept secure from unauthorized access or alteration.
- Record Keeping: We will maintain electronic records of all transactions and communications conducted using electronic signatures.
- Revocation: You have the right to revoke your consent to use electronic signatures and electronic records at any time by providing written notice to us.
- Legal Effect: Your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
- Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Kenya, and any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in this agreement.
