1. How can you turn Helpdesk tickets into forum posts?
By clicking the “Create a Task” button on the top of a ticket. By asking a visitor to submit feedback to the forum. By clicking the “Share on Forum” button on the top of a ticket.
2. Where can I enable the Forums and eLearning integrations for my Helpdesk team?
Helpdesk > Select a Team > Settings > Visibility. Helpdesk > Select a Team > Settings > Self-Service. eLearning > Configuration > Settings.
