1. .In the Live Chat app, where can you enable the Live Chat button for a specific channel to open automatically?
Under Live Chat App > Live Chat Channel > Widget. Under Live Chat App > Live Chat Channel > Channel Rules. Under Live Chat App > Live Chat Channel > Options. Under Live Chat App > Configuration.
2. How do you use Commands to search for a Helpdesk Ticket?
Type “/helpdesk”, followed by a Keyword, into the Live Chat window. Type “/helpdesk_ticket” into the Live Chat window. Type “/helpdesk” into the Live Chat window. Type “/helpdesk_search”, followed by a keyword or ticket number, into the Live Chat window.
3. Where can I create a new Canned Response?
Live Chat Channel > Options > Input. Helpdesk (or Live Chat) > Configuration > Canned Response > Create. Live Chat Channel > Channel Rules > Canned Responses. You cannot create new Canned Responses.
